Swai Bake with White Wine Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 Swai fillets
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, stems removed and finely diced
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika (it adds a nice touch of color)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the white wine, butter, lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic. Cook while stirring until all the butter melts.
  3. Arrange the swai fillets in the baking dish. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt, pepper to taste, and paprika. Pour the white wine sauce over the fish. Sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes, or until the swai is fully cooked and flakes easily. Serve warm. That's it! Simple and delicious.
