Orange Dream Creamsicle Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 packs orange gelatin
1 pack vanilla instant pudding
1 tub whipped topping 

Directions

Bake cake as directed in a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners.

Let cake cool. Poke holes in cooled cake. Mix 1 package orange gelatin dessert with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold orange juice. Pour over cupcakes. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Mix pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla. Beat by hand with a whisk until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping. Frost the cake with the pudding mixture.
